Here at GoldieBox we take great pride in delivering a selection of beautiful and practical gifts to your recipients' doorstep in a box as special as its contents. We take delivery of your gift very seriously and will always do our very best to ensure your GoldieBox arrives safely and on time.
GoldieBox currently delivers within New Zealand only.
Your GoldieBox will be dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2pm. All orders that occur on Saturday and Sunday or a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel.
Delivery costs and timeframes
Delivery costs are not included in the advertised price of a GoldieBox. Please see delivery timeframes and costs below:

Your order will be sent via Courier Post Track and Trace (www.courierpost.co.nz). On dispatch we will email you the Courier Post tracking number. We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Orders returned to GoldieBox due to incorrect address, failure to collect from New Zealand PostShop, failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, or failure to deliver due to the premises being inaccessible (e.g. building works, dog etc) will incur a re-shipping fee.
GoldieBox is the perfect gift to provide comfort to a family or friend in hospital. However, delivering to hospitals is a little trickier. Couriers deliver to designated delivery areas or hospital receptions. To ensure your GoldieBox arrives safely and on time, please include the hospital name, ward number and room number in the delivery address.
Please supply the necessary codes or instructions to enable the couriers to access the apartment building.
