What delivery options does GoldieBox offer?
Standard delivery, Rural, Saturday (not applicable for Rural)
Does someone have to be home to receive the delivery?
All boxes are sent with a signature required upon delivery as standard. If you would like the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, please leave instructions on the Cart page. Additionally, flick me an email at kieran@goldiebox.co.nz
How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?
Standard delivery is 1-3 working days.
Can I request a box to be delivered on a specific date?
Our courier partners will do their best to deliver your goods on a particular date, just keep in mind that this cannot be guaranteed. Please flick us an email once your order has been placed with your desired delivered date and we’ll work to make this happen for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to the purchaser’s email for them to keep tabs on.
Does GoldieBox deliver internationally?
Not at this stage, but keep an eye on this one
Can someone outside of NZ purchase a GoldieBox that will be delivered to a NZ address?
Yes, we do accept international payments.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
GoldieBox is an online retailer only
Can I include a message to the GoldieBox recipient?
Ah, yes you can J.D Salinger. All GoldieBoxes include a gift card for you to add a special hand-written note. Oddly enough writing the message for a gift can be the hardest part of the process. Put your thinking cap on, no essays please.
Am I able to swap out/add/remove products from any of the box collections?

My order arrived to the receiver damaged, what do I do?
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives safe and sound. If this doesn’t happen, please do get in touch as soon as possible and we can help right away
